The SSG - Super Simple Glow Driver features top quality electronics and includes a 3800 mah battery to provide hours of reliable idle even in inverted engine installations.
5 amps of built in power. The Super Simple Glow Driver was designed for Single Cylinder Engines on Airplanes, Helicopters, Boats, and Cars for starting and maintaining idle at low throttle. You can parallel the On Board Glow Driver with your throttle servo using a "Y" cord for automatic "ON" operation at low throttle settings (set-point is fully adjustable) OR it may be operated manually through an auxiliary switched channel. The external charge jack will allow you to charge the unit using any NiMH Charger. A remote L.E.D. indicator lets you know when the glow plug is turned "ON". It can be mounted in any convenient place to monitor the glow plug operation.
Super Simple installation. Plug it ito the throttle channel or switched channel of the receiver, set the tx where you want the glow driver to turn on at, press the set button of the glow driver, wait for the flashes, move the tx to the lowest idle position and wait for the second flashes. your glow grover is now set! If you change your mind on where you want it set, simple repeate the process at the desired setting on the tx.
